Cannot imagine going back to normal switches
Honestly was skeptical at first but my husband kept bugging me to try. Now I'm the one showing off to my mum friends. Good for frequent travelers
Travel alot for work so this is quite useful. I come back at random times, sometimes 3am. My smart home is really about convenience. So far I'm quite happy with the sensor for toilet at night - lights come on automatic, no need touch anything.

Very practical for HDB living
As tech person I like they use Home Assistant, better for me because I can control my system. Can connect to my Google speakers without problem. Team know their stuff, never try to upsell things I don't need, they only recommend after I've given the requirement.

Smart Strata House
My husband and me both getting older, running up down the house every time it rains very tiring. Now just press button the blinds all close, my husband can check from overseas. The security camera setup also good, can see side gate around the house from phone. Gives us peace of mind, especially when we travel, app easy to use.

Pretty good, just be patient
Did during reno so abit chaotic coordinate timing. End result quite nice. The auto curtain and mood light scene work well but took me time to understand how to use. Wife like the movie mode that dim everything. One switch got problem after few weeks but they come fix foc. For the price ok

Finally proper security for landed property
The main consideration for our installation was the security aspect. Semi-D got multiple entry points so this was important to us. They installed sensors on all doors and windows plus motion detection outside. System working well and provides alerts to our phone. Response time to queries quite satisfactory. Overall we are satisfied with the system

Engaged these guys for our hdb renovation and the experience was very steady from start to finish. Not having to double check if I switched off the master bedroom lights while rushing for work has saved me so much time every morning. Futuristic bachelor pad

Coming home to a ready house
Coming home after work at 6pm to a house that already has the AC and lights turned on is the best feeling. Compared to my friend's place where he still has to manually toggle every single switch, my new HDB feels way more modern and comfortable. Layman Smart Home worked very closely with my ID during the Reno to make sure all the sensors and built-in stuff look clean and tidy. Resale flat transformed, no hacking needed

Peace of mind for the whole family
Reno period was so chaotic but Layman Smart Home made the smart home part very fuss-free for our new BTO.
